This website provides information about quilting, quilt appraisals, consultations, and related services. General information, photographs, and informal discussions do not establish a quilt’s monetary value. A formal appraised value is provided through a completed written appraisal.
Appointments and Services
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment or guarantee acceptance of a project. Pricing, scheduling, payment, and project requirements will be confirmed before work begins.
Any separate service agreement governs the services covered by that agreement. Additional work or charges will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Right to Decline Service
Quilt Ninja reserves the right to decline a project or refuse service for any lawful reason, including unsuitable materials, cleanliness concerns, scheduling limitations, or requests outside the services offered.
Handcrafted Variations
Quilts are individually handcrafted. Differences in fabric thickness, stretch, texture, and condition can cause slight variations in alignment, seam placement, stitching, and finished measurements. These normal variations are part of working with individual fabrics and creating a handmade item.
